Ecommerce Specialist — D2C Growth

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Specialist to help run and grow STYRKR's direct-to-consumer engine across every lever that moves it: CRM, Shopify & CRO, paid media, affiliates and Amazon.

STYRKR sells premium, science-backed fuel to endurance athletes — gels, bars, electrolytes and hydration that people use, run out of, and re-order. That makes us a consumables-subscription business, where the second and third order matter more than the first, and where replenishment timing, repeat-purchase rate and LTV:CAC are the numbers that decide whether we win. If you want to lead the full D2C stack with our head of marketing, at a fast-growing, athlete-obsessed brand — not just one channel — and you think in test-learn-compound, this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Run CRM & Lifecycle — Own the day-to-day in Klaviyo: build, QA and ship the flows and campaigns that drive 30–40% of our revenue, and segment hard. You’d help with aligning our CRM freelancers and designers to ensure campaigns that convert constantly leave our mailbox.
  • Defend Subscription Retention — Champion our Recharge funnel to attack churn and drive measurable growth: build churn-prevention and reactivation journeys, and make Subscribe & Save the easy choice for repeat buyers.
  • Own Shopify & CRO — Work closely with the HoM and devs to own the store day-to-day (merchandising, PDPs, launches, bundles) and ship a steady drumbeat of A/B tests across PDP, cart, checkout, using Microsoft Clarity and GA4 to find the friction before you form the hypothesis. Shoplift AI is the current stack for CRO testing.
  • Manage Paid Media — Get hands-on across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) and TikTok working with our freelancers to: pace budgets, manage audiences and keywords, traffic creative, and watch ROAS, CPA, new-customer CAC and MER in Triple Whale — protecting allowable CAC while finding room to scale.
  • Grow the Affiliate & Creator Programme — Work with our Athletes and Ambassadors manager to help recruit and manage affiliates and athlete ambassadors end-to-end; keep codes, links and commissions clean and attribution honest via Avelon network.
  • Scale Amazon — Help build STYRKR's Amazon channel (listing and A+ content optimisation, Sponsored Products/Brands, Buy Box, reviews and replenishment) as a priority growth bet alongside our D2C store.
  • Close the Loop on Data — Pull cross-channel reporting from Triple Whale, Shopify, Klaviyo and GA4 into a clean weekly/monthly cadence; think in LTV:CAC, payback and repeat purchase, and keep our Monday.com boards live so the whole team can see status at a glance.

What You'll Bring

  • Hands-on D2C operator — 2–4 years executing in direct-to-consumer ecommerce, in-house at a brand or agency-side, across more than one channel.
  • Shopify & Klaviyo fluency — You've lived in both daily: building store changes and shipping email flows and campaigns without hand-holding.
  • Paid media chops — Practical, in-platform experience running Meta and Google at minimum: campaign structure, budgets, audiences and creative trafficking.
  • Data fluency — You can read a dashboard, work out ROAS, CPA and AOV yourself, and turn a number into a clear, testable next move.
  • A test-and-learn instinct — Real CRO / A/B experience and the discipline to brief, ship, read and document, so wins compound instead of evaporating.
  • An organised self-starter — You can own a calendar and a prioritised backlog and keep them moving without being chased.
  • Sharp written English — Strong enough to brief and edit email and ad copy that sounds like STYRKR.

Bonus Points

  • Sports nutrition, supplements, FMCG/consumables or subscription D2C experience
  • Recharge, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central + Amazon Ads, Triple Whale, Microsoft Clarity, GA4
  • AI-fluent: you already use AI tools to ideate, draft and produce in hours, not days (we're an AI-forward team)
  • Basic HTML/Liquid and Figma
  • You're an endurance athlete yourself (runner, cyclist or triathlete) so you genuinely get the customer

Why STYRKR

Founder-led, science-backed and growing fast across the UK, EU, US and AU. You'll get real ownership across the entire D2C stack, a modern tooling setup, and a team that fuels the athletes you'll see at the start line of every major endurance event. [Plus: product allowance, race entries, kit — confirm.]

The Details

  • Reports to: Head of Marketing
  • Working pattern: Hybrid — a mix of office and working from home, with a heavier office presence in your first weeks and months to get up to speed quickly.

Screening Task: PDP Audit

We'd like to see how you think. Pick one STYRKR product page on styrkr.com (e.g. a StyrkrGels, BAR50 or SLT07 PDP) and send us a short audit — roughly one page or a 5-slide deck:

  • What's working — 3 things the page does well, and why.
  • What's costing conversion — up to 5 specific friction points across UX, copy, trust signals, mobile experience, page speed or merchandising.
  • Three tests you'd run — each with a clear hypothesis, the change you'd make, and the metric it should move (CVR, AOV or add-to-cart rate).
  • How you'd prioritise — rank your tests (e.g. ICE or PIE) and tell us which one you'd ship first and why.

We're looking for commercial judgement and a test-and-learn mindset — not a full redesign or pixel-perfect mock-ups. Spend no more than 1 hour on it.

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Company pension
  • Employee discount
  • On-site parking
  • Work from home
