REPORTING TO - Business Unit Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The E-Commerce Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships with key B2B and B2C online platforms, including all major accounts and the official IVG website. This covers wholesale portals, retail marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer channels. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving online sales growth, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring the effective execution of promotional, pricing, and operational initiatives. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a consistent and prominent brand presence across key digital touchpoints such as homepages, blogs, best-seller sections, and featured listings.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Partnership Management

· Own and manage relationships with key online retail and wholesale partners (e.g., vape club, vape.co.uk, bks tradeline, Sainsburys, Bookers etc.).

· Serve as the main point of contact for all B2B/B2C e-commerce accounts.

· Visit in person or invite them to our offices at least one every quarter.

· Build joint business plans to drive revenue, visibility, and category growth.

· Visibility on each website is KEY!

Sales & Commercial Growth

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share across online channels.

· Negotiate commercial terms, including margin structures, promotional slots, and marketing support.

· Monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and visibility per platform.

Listing & Content Optimization

· Ensure all products are accurately listed, fully optimized, correct RRP and up to date with relevant descriptions, imagery, and compliance information.

· Coordinate with content, product, and compliance teams to streamline onboarding and listing processes.

Campaign & Promotion Execution

· Plan and manage online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive launches.

· Track execution and performance of promotions, offering insights and improvements.

Reporting & Analytics

· Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory movement, and traffic across platforms.

· Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations to UK Head and BU head.

Operations & Coordination

· Work cross-functionally with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

· Resolve operational issues such as delayed orders, pricing errors, or listing compliance flags.

ROLE REQUIREMENT:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. (Preferred)

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or key account management.

· Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or vape/tobacco industry is highly advantageous.

· Strong relationship-building skills with external partners (retailers, wholesalers, marketplaces).

· Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret sales data, traffic trends, and inventory movement.

· Proactive in resolving order delays, pricing inconsistencies, and compliance issues.

High attention to detail in maintaining listing accuracy and ensuring brand consistency across platforms
