Associate Recruitment Consultant – 180

If youre looking for a fast paced environment this role will not suit you, as it is a search role for top talent across hedgefunds. Which makes this a slow Search based environment.

Being a boutique talent acquisition consultancy specialising in the recruitment of best-in-class talent across the entire spectrum of hedge fund investment management strategies. The market in which they operate attracts the most academically accomplished individuals who are compensated very well. Subsequently the earning potential is high and significantly above market average.

They are now looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join their friendly team of circa 12 employees.

Your role will be to source and deliver top talent to the most innovative companies in the world, with whom my client already boasts strong relationships, filling their requirements across a broad range of mandates.

My client connects their clients with some of the best candidates in the specialist finance field, targeting people from the world's leading companies and universities. They work across the seniority spectrum, building connections with exceptional graduates right through to C-level candidates and placing them into positions across front, middle, and back office. Candidates are in high demand across their industries and are accordingly provided with extremely competitive compensation packages.

Ideal Candidate:

An intelligent, driven individual to join our growing team as a 180-researcher position.

Possess an understanding of financial markets and basic economics (ideally demonstrated through a degree or apprenticeship)

Be highly driven, ambitious, hard-working, and trustworthy.

Have an innate ability to communicate with precision, building and maintaining professional relationships with both candidates and clients.

Be a quick thinker, with common sense and strong interpersonal skills.

Be a self-starter with great initiative.
