Kick-start your career as a Graduate Growth Executive in Oxfordshire, working directly with a CEO on high-impact commercial projects. This is a unique opportunity to shape new growth initiatives while building strong analytical and strategic skills from day one.

As a Graduate Growth Executive, you will work closely with the CEO to support the identification and delivery of new growth opportunities. You will be exposed to strategic decision-making across the business, gaining hands-on experience in market analysis, commercial planning and business development. This is a varied role where you will be encouraged to think analytically, challenge ideas and contribute to shaping future initiatives. You will receive strong mentorship and structured progression pathways.

  • Research new markets and assess commercial viability
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis
  • Build financial models and evaluate partnerships
  • Create presentations and briefing documents for senior stakeholders
  • Support delivery of new strategic growth initiatives and projects

Must-Have:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, PPE or related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data and building insight-led recommendations

Nice-to-Have:

  • Exposure to commercial or strategic projects (academic or internship)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Interest in business growth, strategy and market analysis
