As a Graduate Growth Executive, you will work closely with the CEO to support the identification and delivery of new growth opportunities. You will be exposed to strategic decision-making across the business, gaining hands-on experience in market analysis, commercial planning and business development. This is a varied role where you will be encouraged to think analytically, challenge ideas and contribute to shaping future initiatives. • Research new markets and assess commercial viability
• Conduct competitor and industry analysis
• Build financial models and evaluate partnerships
• Create presentations and briefing documents for senior stakeholders
• Support delivery of new strategic growth initiatives and projects

Must-Have:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, PPE or related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with data and building insight-led recommendations
