About Us:
We are a multi award winning entertainment company, delivering events throughout Cornwall in our modern 3.5T fleet from our Threemilestone delivery hub. We have a large range of products ranging from bouncy castles & soft play kits to photo booths, light up letters & garden games.
We are one of Cornwalls largest event hire companies with over 400 5* reviews. We are looking for a strong team member to help us to continue to excel in delivering multiple events and with hold our reputation for delivering the best equipment with outstanding customer service.

About The role:
Do you want a local job delivering events in and around our Threemilestone delivery hub?
This will be a varied roll, no two days will be the same. Our team are the most important part of our business ensuring we deliver great customer experience with a smile on your face!
We operate 7 days a week with flexible shift pattens but is 90% of our work will be at the weekend. Weekend working is essential to this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day to day installation and dismantling event hire equipment. Heavy lifting will be essential to this role.
- Assist to load and unload vans, accurately and efficiently
- Clean equipment and assist with the maintenance of stock
- Keep warehouse, yard and surrounding areas clean and in good working order
- Working alone or as part of a small team to deliver and set up events for children’s parties or weddings & private parties.
- You will be expected to follow a schedule of delivery’s and deliver every event on time.
- Understanding the nature of the event your setting up & be quick thinking to resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Interested in physical outdoor work
- Ability to work as part of a team and show initiative
- Reliable, courteous, honest and professional
- A natural problem solver, practical and good at working with their hands
- Have a good eye for detail and a 'can do' attitude
- Good time management skills
- An enthusiastic and hard-working attitude and a great willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and team members
- Prepared to work long days, under pressure and within time constraints
- Experience within the event industry would be helpful but not essential as full training will be provided
- Clean driving licence
Further information:
- You must be flexible and expect to work long days and overtime, including weekend and bank holidays can be expected in busy periods.
- You must be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors regardless of the weather conditions.
- Under time constraints, you must meet the demands of the day and surpass the customers' expectations with the least disruption. The majority of our work is repeated or a recommendation, so the you must be courteous, polite, honest and professional at all times.
