About the Role

As Digital Capability & Insights Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in enabling Edge Hill University to become a digitally confident and AI-ready organisation. Working within our growing Organisational Development team, you’ll support a wide range of initiatives that enhance digital capability, improve user experience and enable staff and students to thrive in an increasingly digital world. Including delivery of supporting the embedding of Jisc Digital Capability framework across the workforce and student community.

You’ll coordinate digital learning resources and skills development activities, support the delivery of AI literacy programmes, and help shape a culture where digital confidence, inclusion and innovation can flourish. Using data and feedback, you’ll identify trends, evaluate impact and provide insights that inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

About You

As Digital Capability & Insights Coordinator, you will bring experience of co-ordinating platforms or learning activities, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and accessible way.

You will have strong digital literacy and able familiar with a range of digital tools, including Microsoft 365 applications, and have a keen interest in digital skills development, AI literacy and emerging technologies.

To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in managing competing priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Most importantly, you will motivated by helping others develop their confidence and capability, and you are committed to delivering a high-quality experience for colleagues, students and stakeholders.
