This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Around half of your time will be spent creating engaging content for our social media channels, and the other half supporting our warehouse and fulfilment operation.

This role can be flexible with between 25-35 hours offered per week depending upon requirements of the applicant. Hours Monday to Friday (weekends at exhibitions) between 8:30am and 4pm.

  • Model and showcase products through outfit videos and product demonstrations
  • Help tell the Blackfort story through authentic, relatable content
  • Help edit videos using platforms such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe software
  • Assist with content planning and creative ideas
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage of the business, products and team
  • Prepare products for photoshoots and content creation
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new content ideas

Warehouse & Operations (Approximately 50%)

  • Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately
  • Receive and organise stock deliveries
  • Carry out stock counts and inventory checks
  • Assisting packing and loading vehicles for exhibitions
  • At times attending stay away shows including setting up, packing down and serving customers.
  • Assist with warehouse organisation and housekeeping
  • Support general warehouse and operational tasks as required
  • Help maintain a clean, safe and efficient working environment

About You

  • Is confident on camera and happy creating videos featuring themselves
  • Has a creative eye and enjoys social media
  • Has basic video editing skills (or is willing to learn)
  • Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude
  • Is physically capable of carrying out warehouse duties
  • Works well independently and as part of a small team
  • Has excellent attention to detail

Desirable

  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram or YouTube
  • Photography or videography experience (not essential)
  • Previous warehouse, retail or fulfilment experience
  • Interest in horses, country lifestyle or fashion
