The Role

Marketing Assistant – Uxbridge – hybrid working

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

We're looking for a highly organised and detail focused Marketing & Web Content Assistant to support our day-to-day marketing activity across a range of digital platforms.

This is a hands-on role focused on managing and maintaining content across parking websites, apps and marketing channels, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and consistent with our brand guidelines. You'll work closely with the wider marketing team to support campaigns, content updates and customer communications helping to deliver a seamless customer experience across all areas.

This role would suit someone with marketing experience who enjoys working in a structured environment, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable managing multiple content updates and administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and update website content using CMS platforms, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and up to date.
  • Upload, edit and maintain content across websites, mobile apps and other digital platforms.
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns through content updates, scheduling and coordination.
  • Assist with email marketing activity, including content updates and campaign deployment.
  • Create and update marketing materials such as digital assets, leaflets, posters and customer communications.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.
  • Monitor websites and digital channels for content accuracy, broken links and outdated information.
  • Support app content updates and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with exhibitions, events and local marketing activity where required.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing content is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Provide basic reporting and administrative support to the marketing team.

What You'll Bring

  • 1-2 years previous experience in a marketing, web content, digital marketing or marketing assistant role.
  • Experience managing website content through a CMS platform.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Experience updating content across multiple digital platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A process-driven approach and ability to work accurately on repetitive tasks.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial.
