At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.

You’ll be joining our Highways Civil Engineering Projects work winning team, as part of the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including highway and structure maintenance and improvement schemes.

What you'll be doing:

As a Graduate Bid Writer, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Join our successful Work Winning Team, supporting the development of winning bids for new contracts and projects. You'll gain a full understanding of the bid process from end to end, shadowing meetings and learning what great bids look like. You'll develop skills in research, information gathering, bid writing, CV development and using case studies and bid libraries, while learning how to turn technical information into clear, customer-focused content.

What you'll bring

  • A degree in English, History, Creative Writing or a related subject (or are due to graduate this year)
  • Great communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • A collaborative approach and a drive to make a difference
