Due to continued growth, we are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our field service team supporting EV charging infrastructure across South London and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for an experienced electrician or field service engineer who enjoys fault finding, maintenance and customer-facing work. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining EV charge points while delivering a high standard of service to residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs on EV charging equipment.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain vehicle stock levels and ensure required parts are available for scheduled work.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every site visit.
  • Complete accurate digital reports and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and support teams.
  • Plan and organise your workload to meet service level agreements and appointment schedules.
  • Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and professionalism.
  • Adhere to company procedures and health & safety requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support wider team success.

What You'll Need

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in electrical maintenance, service engineering or fault finding
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safe working practices
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role

Highly Desirable

  • EV charging experience
  • ECS Gold Card
  • Solar PV and battery storage experience
  • Inspection and testing qualifications
  • Previous field service experience
