Electrical Maintenance Engineer- Euston

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Contract Manager you will be working within the engineering maintenance team. You will provide all – round engineering support, maintaining the building infrastructure. You will have a detailed understanding of all new of current Building Services systems and contingency procedures within the buildings and complying with the Health & Safety/Building Codes of practice.

Job Responsibilities

  • Emergency lighting
  • Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
  • Ensure all PPM tasks are carried out on time.
  • Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service to all M&E services on site
  • Issue permits in accordance to Vertex policy
  • Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance.
  • Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met.
  • Carry out modifications and installations when required.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
  • Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard.
  • Liaise with tenants, building manager
