Hourly rate of pay: £18.00 to £21.00 p/h
Hours of work: Full time, 40 hours p/w with overtime available
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire with mobile, off site working

Reactive Electrician job opportunity in Coalville, Leicestershire:

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to carry out both reactive and planned maintenance works across domestic and commercial properties, mainly within the Midlands. The role requires flexibility, including early starts and overtime when required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a wide range of electrical repairs, maintenance tasks and responding to electrical faults. You will be responsible for diagnosing problems quickly, carrying out repairs efficiently, and ensuring all work is completed safely, while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism at all times. This is a mobile role, primarily covering sites across the Midlands, with flexible working hours to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities for a Reactive Electrician in Coalville, Leicestershire:

  • Respond to reactive electrical callouts and fault reports
  • Diagnose and repair faults in wiring, lighting, sockets, switches, and distribution boxes
  • Carry out testing, inspection, and fault-finding on electrical installations
  • Complete emergency and planned maintenance tasks as required
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and site personnel

Skills and experience for a Reactive Electrician in Coalville, Leicestershire:

  • Minimum of 5 years electrician experience
  • Proven experience as an electrician in reactive maintenance or building services
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
