Position: Qualified Electrician

Start Date: Full-time, Permanent – Immediate Start Available

MAC Electrical Systems is excited to expand the MAC family following the success of MAC Security Systems, specialists in Fire & Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control. As we continue to grow our electrical division, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to become a key part of our team.

If you take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, have strong testing and verification skills, and want to be part of an ambitious new venture with both local and national contracts, we want to hear from you.

Your Role
As a valued member of our electrical team, you will:

  • Carry out all works in compliance with H&S regulations and BS7671
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams and implement installations accordingly
  • Install containment, wiring, and accessories, then test, certify, and complete documentation
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults with confidence
  • Update and manage job information using our software systems
  • Work independently or as part of a team to deliver efficient, high-standard results
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an enthusiastic electrician who can bring experience and a strong work ethic to our growing team.

Essential:

NVQ Level 3 / C&G 2391-50 & 2391-51, 2391-52 or equivalent qualifications

BS7671 18th Edition

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Electrician

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering great work

Full UK Driving Licence

Preferred (but not essential):

IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, DBS certification
