Electrician/Maintenance Operative

Job Description

Are you a qualified electrician? Are you handy with general maintenance requirements such as basic plumbing and joinery. We are looking for a reliable, motivated and experienced electrician/maintenance operative to join our growing team based at our flagship 4-star Holiday Park in Lancashire (Preston) but with some regional travel.

Key Responsibilities

· Carry our electrical installations, maintenance, testing and repairs in line with industry standards and regulations.

· Diagnostics and fault finding.

· Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

· Assist the wider team with general maintenance work such as basic plumbing etc.

· Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

· NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

· 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).

· ECS/CSCS Card (essential).

· 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable).

· Strong attention to detail and committed to safe working practices.

· Ability to work independently or part of a wider team.

· Willingness to travel to other locations in the area to complete the role.
