- Promote consistent trade standards and best practice across Platform Property Care.
- Work alongside Learning & Development teams to support trade training and upskilling initiatives.
- Conduct trade audits, reviews and quality assessments to ensure compliance and high standards.
- Act as a technical expert and escalation point for trade-related queries.
- Monitor industry developments, legislation and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement and enhance service delivery.

- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload.
- Passionate about developing others and sharing your knowledge.
- Organised and focused on delivering right-first-time outcomes.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and apprentices.
- Committed to maintaining excellent health and safety standards.
Some things we need from you:
- Completed an Electrical apprenticeship or hold an NVQ Level 3 and City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Commissioning and Certification.

- This role is for a team covering Worcestershire. Ideally you will only have a maximum of an hour's commute to this area.
Working for Platform Property Care, you will benefit from
- Competitive salary of £45,100 plus opportunities for overtime and out-of-hours payments.
- 25 days annual leave, with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days.
