Full job description

We are currently recruiting qualified Electricians (18th Edition) to join our established and growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role covering domestic, commercial and industrial electrical work including installation, maintenance, testing, inspection and fault finding.

Electrician Duties & Responsibilities

  • Electrical installation, maintenance, testing and inspection to BS7671 (18th Edition)
  • Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on lighting, power, heating and alarm systems
  • Rewiring and upgrades in domestic, commercial and industrial properties
  • Complete EIC, EICR, Minor Works certificates using online systems
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
  • Identify faults and recommend solutions independently
  • Order parts and materials as required
  • Ensure all work complies with IEE Wiring Regulations, NICEIC and building regulations
  • Deliver excellent customer service on every job

Essential Requirements

  • 18th Edition Qualified Electrician
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified electrician
  • JIB & CSCS/ECS card
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in domestic, commercial and/or industrial electrical work
  • Strong knowledge of BS7671, IEE Regulations and NICEIC standards
  • Confident working alone and managing your own workload
  • Able to use email and online certification systems
  • Professional, reliable and well-presented
