Full job description

We are seeking Time Served Electricians to join our small works team, working across a variety of environments, including domestic, commercial, and industrial premises.

Location: Leicester – Covering the Midlands (Local working)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: A package in excess of £50,000 + Van & JIB Benefits. Based on experience, regular overtime, call out rota etc for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in domestic, commercial, and industrial settings
  • Conducting inspections and testing to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults
  • Providing exceptional customer service while adhering to health and safety procedures
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Additional training provided to develop the role and your own skillset, all provided by the employer.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fully qualified electrician (17th/18th Edition, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in domestic, commercial, and industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with fire alarms, security systems, or renewable energy systems
  • Testing and inspection qualifications (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent)
  • ECS/CSCS card
