This is a varied role involving the electrical testing, maintenance and repair of our fleet of towable welfare cabins, alongside first-fix and second-fix electrical installations at our sites.

As a Full Time Electrician, you’ll carry out electrical work using suitable tools and practical skills. You’ll approach each task carefully, follow relevant instructions and communicate clearly with colleagues to support safe, well-coordinated work.

  • Maintain and service the electrical systems within our welfare cabin fleet.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with current wiring regulations and safety standards.
  • Test completed work, check that components operate as intended and report any issues that need further action.
  • Keep work areas organised and share clear updates with colleagues about progress and outstanding tasks.

Skills & Experience Required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
  • Experience in electrical installation, maintenance and fault finding.
  • Good knowledge of electrical inspection and testing.
  • The ability to diagnose faults and work through problems independently.
  • A practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • A professional attitude and good communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
