Experienced Embroidery Machine Operator (Part-Time)

Experienced embroidery professionals only – please do not apply if you do not have commercial embroidery experience.

Cottonfrog is a long-established, growing embroidery and garment decoration business based in Plympton, Plymouth. We're looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our friendly, close-knit team on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience operating commercial embroidery machinery and working within a busy production environment.

Essential Experience

  • Operating multi-head Tajima embroidery machines (our production machine is an 8-head Tajima)
  • Working with Wilcom embroidery software
  • Setting up jobs, colour changes and machine adjustments
  • Quality checking finished garments
  • Managing production runs efficiently and accurately
  • Understanding embroidery files, digitising principles and thread management
