You’ll own relationships across onboarding, go-to-market readiness, campaign activation, and ongoing partner success. This role requires a mix of partner management, operational execution, and client success expertise to help partners deliver measurable outcomes for SMB advertisers efficiently and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end enablement and success of Channel Partners through structured onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing operational support.
- Serve as the go-to resource for ad account setup, campaign activation, optimisation, and operational best practices across partner-managed SMB advertisers.
- Build scalable playbooks, training programmes, and operational workflows that enable partners to operate independently and reduce reliance on 1:1 support.
- Educate partners on TikTok products, campaign best practices, measurement frameworks, and platform updates through repeatable and scalable enablement programmes.
- Support partners in diagnosing and resolving campaign, account, measurement, and operational issues by collaborating closely with Product, Operations, Support, and Engineering teams.
- Use performance data and partner insights to identify optimisation opportunities, improve advertiser outcomes, and accelerate partner growth.
- Stand up and continuously improve systems and processes across attribution, reporting, billing, support, and campaign execution to remove friction and improve time-to-value.
- Capture recurring partner challenges and convert insights into product feedback, automation opportunities, and programme improvements to improve scalability and partner experience.
- Develop and deliver regular business reviews and operational health checks to align on growth opportunities, adoption metrics, and partner success plans.
- Surface success stories, best practices, and scalable learnings to strengthen partner performance and support programme growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, or campaign management within digital advertising, adtech, martech, or SaaS.
- Hands-on paid media experience, including campaign setup, optimisation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Experience at a major advertising platform or partner ecosystem (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) with strong familiarity of campaign management platforms and advertiser workflows.
- Proven ability to design and deliver partner or client trainings, workshops, and scalable enablement programmes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and performance improvements.
- Demonstrated experience building playbooks, enablement frameworks, and scalable operational processes.
- Experience supporting campaign execution and resolving technical, measurement, or operational challenges.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally within major digital advertising platforms
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance vision with execution in a rapidly evolving environment.
