Job Title: Out of Hours Call Handler
Location: Glasgow, Office Based
Full Time: 40 Hours Shift Pattern (Evenings, Nights, Weekends and Public Holidays as required)

SOLIS Group is an innovative Facilities Management company providing reactive maintenance services across the UK. We are looking for a professional and customer focused Out of Hours Call Handler to join our growing team.
This is a fast-paced role where you'll be the first point of contact for emergency maintenance calls, ensuring customers receive a prompt and professional service outside normal business hours.
Key Responsibilities
· Answer and manage emergency maintenance calls.
· Log reactive jobs accurately using our CAFM system.
· Assess the priority of incidents and dispatch the appropriate engineer.
· Keep clients updated on engineer attendance and job progress.
· Escalate urgent or critical issues in line with company procedures.
· Complete detailed handovers for the daytime operations team.
· Maintain accurate records while meeting client service level agreements.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· A calm and professional approach under pressure.
· Strong organisational and IT skills with excellent attention to detail.
· The ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
· Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Desirable
· Previous call centre or helpdesk experience.
· Experience within Facilities Management, Maintenance or Building Services.
· Knowledge of CAFM systems.
