Triton Risk Management are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Onsite Emergency Response Team, delivering rapid and effective emergency response services.

This role includes a scheduled on-call commitment and participation in monthly training sessions to maintain operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Rescue Duties

  • Immediately report to your line manager upon activation of an emergency alarm.
  • Respond to predefined emergency scenarios, including:
  • Deliver pre-hospital trauma care to preserve life, prevent further injury, and support recovery
  • Provide initial fire response and containment, using site-specific equipment and protocols until fire services arrive.
  • Conduct search and rescue operations in confined spaces, low visibility, or high-risk environments.
  • Operate and maintain rescue equipment, including breathing apparatus, stretchers, and communication tools.
  • Participate in regular emergency response training, including:
  • Simulated rescue drills.
  • Rope rescue and confined space extraction
  • Advanced trauma life support simulations
  • Maintain operational competency in line with the Training Plan and ensure all certifications remain current.
  • Promote and uphold safe working practices across the site; report hazards or concerns to management promptly.
  • Engage in daily site visits and briefings to stay informed about project developments and potential risks.
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness and mental resilience appropriate to the demands of the role
  • Respond to Confined Space and Technical rescue scenarios

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a blue light service or armed forces role with a focus on emergency response.
  • Fire Fighting Experience
  • Confined Space Certification
  • Rope Rescue Certification
  • Clean and current UK Driving Licence
  • Valid First Aid Qualification

Desirable Requirements

  • Advanced First Aid Qualification
  • Confined Space Certification
  • Instructor/Assessor Certification
