Pay:

Under 18 - £8

18-20 - £10.85 plus equal share of tips

The role:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Barista you will provide a fast but friendly service when welcoming customers. You will have a range of duties from customer service to food running and food and drink preparation, as well as helping us keep the café clean and presentable. Team Members are also expected to help with Back of House duties such as basic baking and cleaning duties.

Job responsibilities:

· Full knowledge of all food and beverage menus.

· Ability to make hot and cold drinks, to a high standard in a timely fashion

· Food and drink running

· Food and drink preparation, including baking of buns

· Ensuring brand specs are followed

· Exceptional customer service

Essential Skills and Experience:

· A passion for coffee

· Full training is provided, however previous barista experience is necessary

· Must be very friendly and professional in approach.
