About The Role

Job Role – Aftersales Advisor

Salary – £14.54 per hour

Location – BCA Blackbushe

Working Hours – Five days over seven on a rota basis between the hours of 7am-7pm (approx 1 weekend in 3)

Main purpose of the role

In this role, you’ll deliver industry-leading customer service to our buyers, ensuring a smooth and efficient vehicle collection experience. You’ll play a key part in resolving queries and complaints quickly, professionally, and cost-effectively, helping to maintain a positive customer journey from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Carry out vehicle production administration, including accurate data entry and document management
  • Manage the Click & Collect process, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for buyers and hauliers
  • Provide a professional front-of-house service to customers and site visitors
  • Support buyers by resolving queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Work closely with the central claims team to ensure issues are handled promptly and recorded accurately
  • Respond to and action requests from the central call centre efficiently

To be successful, you’ll bring the following with you:

  • Confident IT skills, with experience in Salesforce or similar systems desirable
