The Opportunity

We're expanding the team and have a particular need for a qualified (or trainee) Domestic Energy Assessor to lead on our EPC work, alongside broader property compliance duties. If you're methodical, self-motivated, and interested in energy efficiency, we'd love to hear from you.

We're open to hiring 1–2 candidates and happy to discuss part-time or full-time hours.

  • Conducting regular property inspections
  • Completing property inventories
  • Carrying out PAT testing
  • Sending, amending, and managing reports and related admin

  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
  • Self-motivated, with pride in producing high-quality, accurate work
  • A full, valid driver's licence (this role involves regular travel between properties)

Highly desirable:

  • Qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), or working toward this qualification — this is currently a priority area for us, and we'd strongly welcome applicants who are already accredited or keen to train
  • Previous experience in property, compliance, or a related inspection field
  • A genuine interest in energy efficiency and sustainability

Not yet DEA-qualified but interested in training? Let us know in your application — we're open to discussing this with the right candidate.
