Conexus Recovery & Field Services are looking to recruit 1 x Full Time Warrant Officers to cover the GU/RG Postcode Areas
This particular job role will focus on executing Rights of Entry (ROE) warrants for our utility clients.
Conexus Recovery & Field Services is looking to expand its network of existing Warrant Officers. We are looking for self-motivated, target driven and professional individuals with excellent communication skills. We are also looking for Warrant Officers who have the ability to use their initiative and problem solve.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a warrant officer your primary role is to lead your team in executing ROE warrants. You will be part of a team alongside a locksmith and engineer and where required a dog handler.
You will undertake the role in a professional manner whilst engaging with customers to determine the correct resolution. This will consist of completing ability to pay to confirm what is affordable as a repayment plan, gathering information about any vulnerabilities that maybe present within the household and the feasibility of installing a smart pre payment meter.
Liaising with clients to ensure all information gathered on site is relayed in order to come to the correct resolution.
You may come across new occupiers or tenants at the property which will need to be actioned on site by collating all the information and proof and passed to our clients.
Conexus will provide fully maintained vehicle to carry out your ROE Warrant visits with a fuel card also provided.
The Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a ROE Warrant officer
- Being Professional at all times
- Able to use their initiative and enjoys working part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of working in a regulated environment will be beneficial
- Confidence in dealing with people face to face
- Be reliable and organized
- Have the ability to pick up new tasks quickly
- Is self-motivated and looking to develop their own skills
- Clean driving license
Benefits:
- Starting salary of £36,050 p/a,
- Bonus and Commission Structure which you could earn up to £40,000 OTE with the bonus structure being uncapped
