We currently have a vacancy for an Applications Engineer.

Are you an experienced BMS Applications Engineer looking to further your career in the BEMS industry? We can offer the right candidate an opportunity to work for one of the world’s largest, independently employee owned BMS companies, promoting growth, collaboration, and wellbeing as our primary core values.

The role;

  • The Integration of third-party systems into the BMS using MODbus, Mbus OR BACnet enabled devices.
  • The candidate will have proven ability to install, modify and demonstrate supervisor graphics
  • Make clients aware of the benefits and savings from adapting the system
  • Providing quotes for the replacement of faulty parts or items.
  • Providing controls & energy solutions and ideas.
  • Producing software strategy
  • To carry out routine health checks, service visits and breakdowns.

What we need from you;

  • Qualified in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
  • Experienced in the commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Qualified and experienced with Trend & IQ Vision or Tridium systems
  • Able to write Software and Graphics from mechanical designs
  • BACnet, SIPP, Modbus systems experience desired.
  • CSCS/ECS or JIB registered, ideally ECS BMS technician card holder
  • Hold a valid driving licence
  • Required to be on call for emergency or breakdown purposes.

  • £45,000 - £62,500 DOE + car allowance or company vehicle
