Maidstone, Kent — Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH) Full‑time | 12 Month Fixed Term

Royal British Veteran Enterprise (RBVE) is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Performance Marketer to help accelerate our digital acquisition and retail growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact—supporting veterans and their families—while shaping the future of RBVE’s digital marketing.

You’ll play a key role in planning, executing and optimising paid campaigns across our core performance channels, helping us grow supporter numbers and increase online retail sales.

What you’ll be doing

  • Data‑driven optimisation — Monitor, test and refine campaigns to support continuous improvement and informed decision‑making.
  • Paid digital campaign delivery — Support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid activity across key channels to engage supporters and beneficiaries.
  • Meta & Google Ads management — Assist in implementing, optimising and monitoring campaigns to maximise performance.
  • Retail growth marketing — Drive traffic and sales through paid activity aligned to budgets and ROAS targets.
  • Google Ad Grants optimisation — Help manage and optimise our Ad Grants account, ensuring compliance, full budget utilisation and increased awareness.
  • Performance analysis — Analyse and optimise keywords, bidding, targeting and creative to meet KPIs such as revenue, ROAS and conversion rate.
  • Cross‑team collaboration — Work with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns, develop assets and landing pages, and support expansion into new platforms (e.g., Amazon, TikTok).

What we’re looking for

  • Someone passionate about digital marketing and performance optimisation
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and/or Google Ad Grants
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights
  • A proactive team player who enjoys testing, learning and improving
  • Interest in supporting the veteran community through impactful marketing

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
