Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and highly organized Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating memorable experiences, and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing weddings and other events from initial inquiry through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their vision, budget, and requirements
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of weddings and events
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless execution
  • Create detailed timelines and floor plans
  • Conduct venue tours and client consultations
  • Manage on-site logistics and troubleshoot any issues on the day of the event
  • Maintain accurate records and contracts
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the process

Requirements

  • Previous experience in wedding or event planning (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Proficiency with event planning tools and software is a plus
  • High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
