Join Sulzer, a renowned leader in fluid engineering with over a century of excellence in pumps, agitators, compressors, and critical rotating equipment across varied industries. We are looking for an Administrator to join our Ellon Service Centre as we streamline and integrate our administrative operations.


As an Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both our onshore and offshore teams, ensuring smooth operations and tackling the unique challenges of managing dual ERP systems (D365 and SAP).


Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • LTSA Tender Support: Preparing and managing tender documentation.
  • Job Management: Coordinating job creation, updates, and completion across systems.
  • WIP Reports: Producing and analysing work-in-progress reports for management.
  • Invoicing: Managing invoicing processes across D365 and SAP.
  • Training & Safety Admin: Maintaining training records and supporting safety initiatives.
  • Event Planning, Marketing, and Induction Coordination: Organising events, managing marketing initiatives, planning staff inductions, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Health Assessments: Assisting with health assessment scheduling and record-keeping.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient in administrative processes with a strong eye for detail.
  • Experienced in working with ERP systems, preferably D365 and/or SAP.
  • Highly organised, capable of multitasking, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a team setting and works effectively with diverse teams.
  • Adaptable and solution-oriented, ready to tackle the challenges of integrating processes and systems.
