At Merlin Cinemas, we are dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals who are confident in sales and excel in customer service. The Savoy team can also be found at The Ritz from time to time helping with our live events, too.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling tickets and handling telephone bookings
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Serving food and drinks
  • Assisting the management team as needed

Requirements:

  • Passion for films and/or live entertainment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Sales confidence
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Availability during evenings and weekends
