About the role:
As Restaurant Supervisor you will be reporting to the Restaurant Manager, supporting the smooth running of the Restaurant operation which employs a total of 50 team members – one of our biggest teams on Resort!

With our Guests enjoying our full board Restaurant experience three times a day, we are looking for someone who has the ability to work under pressure, yet remain calm and professional whilst maintaining the highest standards of service to create a memorable dining experience for our Guests.

About You - Key skills and experience:
  • Proven experience of working in a similar front of house role at a supervisory level, with the responsibility of directly Supervising and managing a team
  • The ability to lead, coach, supervise and motivate the Restaurant Team on a day-to-day basis in order to support the delivery of our Restaurant Customer Service and Operational Standards
  • Exceptional standards in relation to Customer Service, Team Work, Health and Safety and Team happiness and wellbeing
  • Promote a culture of efficiency and dedication within the team, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to react quickly and efficiently in dealing with the daily needs and challenges of the Restaurant Operation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain strong working relationships across the Resort
  • Commitment in delivering a high level of Customer Service
You will take personal pride in;

Hours of work:
  • This is a full-time position, working circa 40 – 44 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
  • Due to the nature of the operation, the hours of work will vary and will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays on a rota basis around the needs of the business.
  • Although we require a flexible approach towards the shift patterns, we also strongly encourage and support a healthy work life balance.
