Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bar & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ensuring a seamless & memorable experience for all guests. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality. The Event Coordinator will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver memorable events that exceed expectations.

Duties

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, and guest services.
  • Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure successful execution within set parameters.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests throughout the event planning process.
  • Upsell additional services or products to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations during events.
  • Promote our venue and function packages to increase the amount of functions

Experience

  • Proven experience in event coordination or a related field within hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong background in guest services, with an emphasis on creating positive experiences.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Previous experience in events or restaurant settings is beneficial but not essential.
