Why you should join us…
We connect with millions of people every day, make content they can't get enough of and reflect and shape the world we live in. And we do all this through the power of creativity.
We are a digitally led entertainment and media company that creates and brings brilliant content to audiences, wherever, whenever and however they choose.
Our vision is to be More than TV, building on ITV’s unique combination of creativity and commercial strength, driven by investment in data and technology. ITV’s Media and Entertainment Division (M&E) brings together Broadcast and On-Demand, enabling us to drive digital viewing, faster decision-making and greater innovation.
In this role, you can make a real impact on ITV's creative partnerships and commercial growth across the UK’s nations and regions, working with a diverse range of some of the UK’s most exciting and growing advertisers and agencies.

This role entails…
This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual with a background in a creative agency, media owner, media agency in-house team or similarly fast-paced creative commercial environment, with experience developing integrated campaigns across a range of brands and sectors.
At its heart, this role is about building brilliant integrated campaigns through creative brand partnerships. You will lead the development of big ideas that live across ITV’s platforms, including linear TV, ITVX, emerging platforms and beyond.
You will translate brand objectives, strategy and audience insights into compelling creative territories, campaign concepts, scripts and pitch presentations, bringing ideas to life and selling them with clarity, creativity and impact.
You will also play an important role in strengthening the reputation of ITV's Creative Partnerships team, championing creative excellence, building strong relationships with agencies and clients, and driving both commercial success and creative recognition.

Key responsibilities:
  • Commerciality: Lead the team in driving revenue through creative partnerships and sponsorships, identifying new opportunities, prioritising commercial potential and developing compelling propositions for clients.
  • Creativity: Lead the development of ambitious, integrated campaign ideas and partnership concepts that connect brands with ITV's content, talent, audiences and platforms, creating opportunities for brand fame and measurable results.
  • Sales Ability: Develop and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations that bring creative ideas to life, articulate their strategic and commercial value, and represent ITV's brands and content with confidence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with regional and London sales teams, Client Strategy, Trading, Digital and Creative Production to develop and deliver successful client campaigns, bringing together the best of ITV's creative and commercial capabilities.
  • Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop the team, fostering a collaborative, ambitious and commercially focused culture that delivers high-quality creative work and drives performance.
  • You will develop partnerships both proactively and in response to client briefs, working across TV sponsorships, secondary programme partnerships, social, airtime, data, VOD and emerging opportunities to maximise the commercial potential of ITV's brands, content and platforms.
For this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
  • Proven experience in creative ideation, integrated campaign development and media sales within a creative agency, media owner or similarly fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and people management, with the ability to motivate, develop and support others.
  • Strong knowledge of the TV and media landscape, including broadcast, sponsorship, VOD and relevant advertising regulations.
  • Ability to translate strategy, audience insights and brand objectives into compelling creative concepts and commercially effective partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to pitch and sell ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational, planning and project management skills, including experience managing budgets, priorities and deadlines.
Other things we're looking for (key criteria)
  • A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities and understand how creativity can drive brand fame and business results.
  • A collaborative approach, with experience working alongside sales, strategy, digital and production teams to develop integrated campaigns.
  • An innovative and proactive mindset, with the confidence to challenge conventional thinking, explore new opportunities and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt, prioritise and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across agencies, clients and internal teams.
  • A passion for creativity, entertainment and the evolving media landscape, with a desire to push the boundaries of what brand partnerships can achieve.
ITV strongly encourages applications for this role from candidates with a disability. As a Disability Confident Leader, if you meet the minimum criteria for the role and have declared that you have a disability, we’ll guarantee you’ll get to the next stage*.
(Minimum criteria outlined above.)
