Salary: £50k per annum made up of basic and bonus.

About you: With our popular and exciting brands we are on the lookout for enthusiastic people to take on dynamic, fast paced, guest-facing roles with the sole purpose of always putting our guest first. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about ensuring all of our guests have an amazing experience every time they visit Superbowl UK.

Location: We are hiring for three Regional Cluster Managers in total to cover the following areas Wales, North West, North East

Please Note: Applicants must hold a full valid UK Driving Licence.

The Role: As Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for the success of your area in terms of sales, profit, health and safety, training and developing your team and most importantly guest experience and brand standards.

· Promoting a culture that delivers consistent excellent guest experience

· Ensuring all sites are compliant and operating to the brand standards

· Financial reporting and analysis to Head Office

· Effectively manage expenditure within P&L requirements

· Ensure regular, effective, and appropriate communication to all managers including objectives, targets, development plans, reward and benefits and health and wellbeing

· Regularly review and drive upselling within region

· Work closely with HR and Payroll to handle employee relation matters

· Effective implementation of company policies and procedures within your venues

· Developing the business alongside venue management teams

· Entire effective delivery of centrally developed products and promotions as well as implementing local marketing strategies

· Work closely with the Marketing Manager in developing the business

· Ensure the best practice is shared with all sites in order that the entire business benefits from successful marketing campaigns

· Maintain and improve site standards, ensuring profitability, sales growth and other agreed targets.

· Ensure continual analysis of sites sales mix and pricing structures in your region.

· Communicate and deliver any centrally driven business initiatives.

· Ensuring that the sites are compliant in audits.

· Training and developing all the managers in your region. Motivating your teams within your region to always achieve company standards.

· Liaise with the H&S Manager and the customer in the event of any incidents or claims.

· Proactively respond and investigate customer complaints within your sites.

· Monitor and evaluate competitor business and general market conditions.

Ensure weekly operational reports are sent each week.

Salary: £32,000.00 + per annum
