Event Facilitator & Experience Maestro

Salary: £23,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri, Occasional Weekends, Annualised Hours)

  • Be the Star of the Show: Whether you’re hosting events with a team or flying solo, you’ll be the face of our business—delivering excitement, building connections, and ensuring every event is a hit.

What To Expect:

  • Each day brings something new! Collect your van, travel to unique venues, set up jaw-dropping experiences, and keep the adrenaline pumping as you run the events.
  • Paid travel is part of the package—an 8-10 hour day might include 4-6 hours of travel and 2-4 hours of high-energy event facilitation.
  • Occasional days spent at our base preparing for the next big adventure—minimal admin, maximum action.
  • No two weeks are the same! Your schedule will keep you on your toes with ever-changing days and hours, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and thrillingly long days. From sunrise departures to midnight returns, you'll be crisscrossing the country, bringing high-energy events to new destinations and audiences every day

We’re Looking For:

  • A charismatic, adaptable, and energetic individual ready to make an impact.
  • Experience in corporate hospitality or events is a bonus, but enthusiasm and creativity are what really count.
  • A full UK driving license is essential.
