DO & CO – Silverstone Formula 1 Grand Prix – Server position

-We will offer transport daily to and from Silverstone for employees who live in Birmingham-

Formula 1 racing is coming to Silverstone UK and DO & CO are excited to be there in full force to create an incredible experience for all our VIP guests.

Are you interested in working at the most exciting event of the year? Are you obsessed with delivering memorable VIP guest experiences? Do you want to rub shoulders with VIP’s, work with a team with the same philosophies as you and be right in the middle of one of those ‘you had to be there’ experiences?

Well then, a role with DO & CO in the Formula 1 VIP Hospitality area (Paddock Club) is the only place you need to apply!

A day as our Server:

- Serving our VIP guests our renowned food and beverage offering

- Delivering the DO & CO personal service to our VIP guests

- Working in a busy, fast paced environment where quality comes first

- Be part of a team ensuring the best food and experience is delivered to our guests

- Support your Lead Server and Restaurant Manager to ensure the best level of service is provided

-Be involved in everything from setting up the restaurants at the start of the week to breaking down on the Sunday, once the last race is over.

What’s essential for us?

Must be fully available to work from Wednesday 2nd July till Sunday 6th July.

- A Team player! No excuses, you won’t be able to achieve success without this!

- Adaptable and flexible – both on the events and off. When it comes to working in events, things change at any point!

- Experience working in high volume and quality environments – don’t be intimidated, it’s busy, but wow is it fun!

- Energetic and charismatic personality – we want our guests to have fun, be engaged and have a smile on their face!

- Pride in your work – a desire to create memorable guest experiences and always go the extra mile.

The sessions will start on time at 11am or 2pm or 5pm - please do not be late.

You are required to attend for the full 1 hour session of your choice.
