Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. The successful candidate will manage, report on and run an accurate and efficient credit control procedure. The candidate will aim to improve the process with new techniques and work alongside IT development teams to realise their enhancements. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure the smooth running of accounts. This is an established team which has expanded into a new business area, therefore as well as the day-to-day functions, we need someone who can learn quickly, help the team develop and streamline the procedures and provide input into the IT development.

Key responsibilities:
● Responding to relevant and complex client enquiries and delivering excellent service;
● Managing and controlling credit control procedures.
● Taking a proactive role in managing company debtors;
● Working alongside IT developers and testing new enhancements.
● Identifying areas for process improvements

Skills required:
● At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred or a recent graduate professional, confident and diplomatic attitude;
● Accuracy and preciseness;
● Mathematically minded, efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as required;
● Good attention to detail with an ability to reconcile complex accounts-related queries;
● Knowledge and experience in Excel and ideally accountancy software;
● Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal colleagues.
