We’re a passionate jewellery business with a close-knit team, a great culture and exciting plans for growth. We’re proud of what we do and are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our Head Office team in South Manchester, M23 9GF.

Working as part of our friendly and collaborative team, you’ll play an important role in bringing our jewellery collections to life online. You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our product catalogue across our website and marketplace partners, making sure every product is presented accurately and to a high standard.

The role has a strong focus on product setup and maintenance, alongside coordinating jewellery samples for photography, supporting new collection and product launches, and working closely with teams across the business to make sure everything launches smoothly and on time.

We’re looking for someone with previous e-commerce experience, a great eye for detail and a genuine interest in fashion, jewellery and online retail. If you love product, enjoy being part of a team and want a role where you can really get involved and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities of the job role:

Product Setup & Catalogue Management

  • Create, upload and maintain product listings across all ecommerce and marketplace channels.
  • Ensure product information, imagery, pricing, attributes and categorisation are accurate and up to date.
  • Review and validate product data to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Identify and resolve product listing issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain product catalogues and support ongoing product enrichment initiatives.

Photography & Sample Coordination

  • Coordinate product samples for photography and content creation.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure samples are available and tracked throughout the photography process.
  • Ensure all imagery is received, approved and uploaded in line with launch deadlines.

Marketplace & Channel Management

  • Upload and maintain product content across marketplace partners.
  • Ensure marketplace product data meets channel-specific requirements.
  • Monitor product listings and troubleshoot any content or setup issues.
  • Support the ongoing optimisation of product listings across all sales channels.

Website & Trading Support

  • Assist with website updates, category maintenance and merchandising activities.
  • Support promotional activity and seasonal launches.
  • Monitor website content and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with merchandising, buying, marketing and operations teams to ensure products are represented accurately online.

Skills & Experience Essential

  • Previous experience in an Ecommerce Assistant, Ecommerce Executive or similar ecommerce administration role
  • Experience managing product data and product uploads within an ecommerce environment.
  • Experience working within a multi-channel retail business, including marketplace platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience of planning weekly sales, stock and intake management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be competent and efficient at keeping databases up to date
  • Be able to multi-task and work happily in a busy environment
