Launch Your Career in Luxury Fashion

Reloved Again is one of the UK's leading luxury pre-loved fashion destinations, specialising in highly sought-after pieces from brands including Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior and more.

Based in our beautiful townhouse on the King's Road, Chelsea, our headquarters includes luxury showrooms, a dedicated photography and video studio, retail space and offices, creating a unique environment for someone looking to build a career within the luxury fashion industry.

We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking and commercially minded Fashion Marketing Graduate who wants far more than a typical entry-level role. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across marketing, luxury retail, social media, e-commerce, CRM, content creation and sales while working directly with some of the world's most desirable fashion brands.

If you are entrepreneurial, energetic and eager to learn, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our growing team, you will be involved in all areas of the business, including:

  • Managing and listing luxury fashion pieces, including high-value Hermès and Chanel items
  • Supporting and overseeing product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency and exceptional presentation
  • Creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and Reels
  • Confidently appearing on camera for social media content and live selling opportunities
  • Assisting with CRM activity through Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Creating newsletters, WhatsApp campaigns and marketing communications
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives
  • Working within our retail showroom and assisting customers with luxury purchases
  • Supporting stock management and day-to-day business operations
  • Helping maintain the highest standards across our website, customer experience and brand presentation

Who We're Looking For

This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is passionate about fashion and wants to build a successful career within the luxury sector.

You should be:

  • Ambitious, motivated and eager to progress
  • Hardworking and willing to get involved in every aspect of a growing business
  • Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
  • Comfortable appearing on social media content
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware with a genuine interest in luxury fashion
  • A proactive team player who takes initiative
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Essential Skills

  • Degree in Fashion Marketing, Marketing, Fashion Business or a related subject
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong social media skills with examples of content creation
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience using Canva
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems

Desirable Skills

  • Shopify experience
  • Klaviyo experience
  • Knowledge of luxury brands and the resale market
  • Previous retail, fashion or customer-facing experience

What You'll Gain

This is not a role where you'll be making coffee or sitting on the sidelines.

You will gain real commercial experience across:

  • Luxury fashion buying and selling
  • Digital marketing
  • Social media strategy
  • Content creation
  • E-commerce
  • CRM marketing
  • Retail operations
  • Luxury authentication and product knowledge

You'll work closely with the founders and gain exposure that would normally take years to achieve in a larger company.

Salary & Benefits

  • £25,000–£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Company bonus scheme (following successful probation)
  • Employee discount
  • Workplace pension
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Opportunity for rapid career progression within a growing business

Location

King's Road, Chelsea, London

Applicants must live within a realistic commuting distance and be available to start within 3 weeks.
