Full job description

Seeking a driven insurance professional to join a growing business. The successful candidate will be a natural relationship builder with experience within insurance. Offering a starting salary of £40,000 – £50,000 plus genuine career progression opportunities, hybrid working and excellent benefits.

The Role:

· Developing and converting new business opportunities through warm, incoming leads and targeted outreach

· Prospecting clients

· Building a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, prospecting, referrals and outreach

· Building relationships with clients, underwriters and partners

· Attending networking events and using LinkedIn

· Following up on leads

· Liaising with the marketing team regarding leads, events and campaigns

· This is a new business position with the opportunity to handle some of the clients you bring on

Skills and Attributes:

· Insurance experience is essential – this could be within personal lines, high net worth or commercial insurance

· Open to candidates from Account Handling, Broking or New Business roles

· High net worth experience – desirable but not essential

· Experience with new business and pipeline management - desirable

· Driven and proactive

· Confident with ability to develop relationships and network

· Excellent communicator
