Company Overview

Summary

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Paralegal to join our Dunstable Office, supporting work across multiple practice areas including:

  • Family Law
  • Private Client (Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney)
  • Personal Injury
  • Litigation

This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring solicitors — the role will count towards your Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) for the SQE route.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal and administrative support in our Dunstable Office.
  • Managing case files from inception to completion, including document preparation, bundling, and client liaison.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing draft correspondence and documents.
  • Using Leap case management software (experience preferred but not essential — training provided).
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • A “can-do” attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think independently and work on your own initiative.
  • Previous legal experience is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are vital.
