The Role

  • We are looking for well presented, customer focused, enthusiastic, friendly health advisors with a desire to advance their career within a fast-growing entrepreneurial healthcare company.
  • You will join our friendly team of staff working as part of both the Clinical and Non-clinical teams.
  • You will help make this happen by:
  • delivering health assessments and clinical testing (including blood testing, heart rate monitoring, ECGs, body composition testing)
  • creating individual lifestyle plans and providing support and education to our clients on how to live healthier lives
  • providing first class customer service and care to our clients on every visit
  • valuing a long term commitment to MyHealthcare Clinic to grow and develop your clinical and non-clinical skills
  • welcoming our patients and supporting the front of house and managerial team, as part of your non-clinical role

· This role will include a range of administrative duties to support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic/team..

· We are looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented and organised, but also eager to grow. This position is ideal for a candidate who is looking to develop their leadership skills, as there is a clear pathway to step into a management role over time. Ongoing training and mentorship will be provided to support this progression.

  • Hours: Full time role Saturday on rota

Key Responsibilities

  • This role is a part clinical, part administrative role
  • Support the service delivery of Health Assessments to clients
  • Carry out clinical testing (training provided on specific processes) safely and professionally
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Promote and encourage a healthier lifestyle in accordance with MyHealthcare Clinic’s clinical guidelines
  • Create individual health and wellbeing plans for each individual
  • Train and work as part of our front of house (e.g. clinic open/closing, appointment bookings, courtesy calls, diary management, clinic support etc)
  • Tasks may include scheduling, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communications, assisting with operational procedures, and supporting the wider team as needed

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Phlebotomy experience and recent practical blood testing roles (please provide details in your application)
  • Efficient worker with excellent time management and organization skills with a strong attention to detail
  • A true team player with excellent attitude to their work
  • Must have a flexible nature and be motivated to work within a high-growth, evolving company
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (does not need to be first language)
  • Ideally (not mandatory) educated to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology / sports science / nutrition / related health background. Or applying with significant related healthcare experience (e.g. HCA / Nursing roles)
  • Customer service experience. This could be from retail, hospitality, healthcare or other relevant industry is appreciated.
