Full job description

Associate Recruiter - Graduate to 3 years of non industry experience experience.
Associates are an integral part of the team, working alongside consultants to execute search work and find personnel solutions for clients. On joining the company, you will start a rigorous period of training in basic executive research techniques, including market mapping, sourcing, approaching and interviewing candidates. We are open to candidates with no experience what so ever, to candidates who have up to 3 years exp in another other industry.

Basic responsibilities will include:

  • Executing on Execuzen’s priority searches
  • Identifying, approaching and qualifying appropriate candidates for client mandates
  • Creating and maintaining market maps of Hedge Funds and Investment Banks for Senior Consultants
  • Using LinkedIn, Bloomberg and other means to source candidates and set up calls
  • Constantly maintain the company’s database to ensure it is up to date
  • Be able to successfully resource the correct calibre of candidates
  • Continually headhunt for potential talent
  • Formatting of CV’s and writing up notes from Calls

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a BA or BSc degree [Flexible on Degree]. with a 2:1 or above.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Be a strong team player
  • Possess very strong interpersonal and communication skills

What we offer:

  • Between £27,000 to £35,000 base salary dependent on experience , regularly reviewed in line with performance, does not include performance related bonuses which can triple in first year, to above a 6 figure sum.
