Full job description

Redmoor Health is offering an opportunity for a graduate to join our team through a structured development programme that builds skills across digital healthcare consultancy.

You will work across different areas of the business, supporting digital transformation, patient communications, list growth, training, delivery, commercial, marketing and product development. Depending on business need, your first placement may focus on areas such as digital tool rollout, patient growth support, project coordination, campaign activity or implementation support within GP practices.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in digital health and grow into a consultant, specialist or account management role over time.

What to expect

  • Hands-on involvement in digital transformation projects in primary care
  • Support with digital tool rollout, training, implementation and practice engagement
  • Support with patient communications and list growth activity, including coordination, reporting and practice follow-up
  • Structured rotations across delivery, commercial, marketing, product and patient growth support
  • Ongoing mentoring, development and support to shape your future role at Redmoor

About you

  • A recent graduate with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new systems
  • Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders in healthcare settings
  • Organised, proactive and able to keep tasks moving

  • Willing to travel occasionally for face-to-face work
