Recruitment Consultant - Entry level in Bristol.

  • Specialists in Technology, STEM, Built Environment & Renewables
  • £25,000–£27,000 basic salary depending on experience + uncapped commission payable from day one.
  • Looking for a graduate role where hard work is rewarded quickly?This is an entry-level opportunity with a well-established Bristol recruitment agency that trains graduates into high-earning Recruitment Consultants. No experience required.

What’s on Offer

  • £25,000–£27,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission – realistically earn an additional £10,000–£15,000 in Year 1
  • Year 2 OTE: £60,000–£80,000
