What you'll do
Location: Field-based / London (Central London territory)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (PAYE)
What you'll earn
- OTE: £5,000–£6,000 per month (uncapped)
- 45p per mile mileage reimbursement
- Company phone and laptop
- Free parking via RingGo account
Your earnings are uncapped. The more you close, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
- Attend on-site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (approx. 70–75% of signings)
- Generate your own pipeline through referrals and structured cold canvassing (approx. 25–30% of signings)
- Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs and secure deals
- Deliver and install terminals for newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post-sale
- Share feedback and insights with SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution
Skills & Attributes
- Highly motivated, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Self-starter, resilient, and motivated by commission, ownership, and results
- Organised and disciplined with territory planning and pipeline forecasting
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with SDR and operations teams

Background & Requirements
- Experience closing sales in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
- Payments industry experience not required.
Transport
- Mileage reimbursed for personal vehicles (if required) and a RingGo parking account provided (HMRC approved milage rates).
