Head Chef – Tomatitos Tapas Bar & Restaurant, Hay-on-Wye

Epicure Events Ltd, the team behind the popular Café at Hay Castle and Tomatitos Tapas Bar & Restaurant in Hay-on-Wye.

As we continue to grow this vibrant venue, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Head Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated team, with real input into menu development, a supportive working environment, and room to grow within a respected local hospitality company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a busy kitchen, ideally with a love for Mediterranean or tapas-style cooking.
• A calm, organised approach and a genuine passion for food.
• A team player who’s keen to contribute ideas and take pride in their work.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Pay: £32,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hereford HR3 5AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Kitchen management: 2 years (preferred)
