Stonar School is seeking an Admissions Assistant to join our busy and welcoming Marketing & Admissions team.

Working closely with the Admissions Manager and Director of Admissions & Marketing, you will play an important role in guiding prospective families and agents through the admissions journey, building positive relationships and ensuring they are kept informed at every stage.

Stonar welcomes families from across the UK and internationally. We are looking for someone who is organised, personable and detail-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships and adapt to the variety of a busy school environment.

This is a varied role, with opportunities to support the wider Marketing & Admissions team across a range of activities and help deliver a welcoming and efficient experience for prospective families.

Qualifications

Literature and numerate (GCSE or equivalent grades A-C English & Maths)

Terms of Employment

· Hours: Full time, year round

· Holiday: 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays. The 25 days can be taken throughout the year but cannot be taken around key admissions events.

· Office hours: Normal office hours are between Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 with a one

hour unpaid lunch break

· Lunch is available when the school kitchen is open (no financial compensation is made during

school or kitchen closure)

· 10 days company sick (pro rata)
