Full job description

PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE EXTENSIVE TRAVELLING INVOLVED, WHICH WILL ALSO INCLUDE OVERNIGHT STAYS FOR ONE WEEK AT A TIME FOR THE LARGER PRACTICES (ALL EXPENSES PAID) BUT YOU WILL NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE).

You will be paid a £5,000 car allownce and a bonus scheme on top of your existing salary.

We're looking for 2 people to cover the UK - one in the North and the other in the South (eventually these positions will be more regionalised).

You will be field based once/twice each week and then working remotely. Ideally you will travel to the Newport/Telford office once each week but only if this is manageable.

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Veterinary Customer Success Manager to join a growing team, working for a company who is rapidly expanding; they're going to be doubling in size this year and next year!

This is a field-based role where no two days are the same. One day you'll be welcoming a brand-new veterinary practice, delivering hands-on training and helping the team feel confident using their practice management software. The next, you'll be supporting existing customers, resolving more complex queries and identifying ways to help practices work more efficiently.

If you enjoy building strong relationships, are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and like the idea of being on the road meeting customers across the UK then we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

  • You'll be joining one of the fastest-growing providers of cloud-based veterinary practice management software.
  • The platform helps small animal, large animal and equine practices manage appointments, patient records, billing, communications, reporting and business performance—all from one intuitive system.
  • It's an exciting time to join a business where your work will have a direct impact on customers every day.
  • Although it's a remote role there will be extensive travel and overnight stays.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Visit veterinary clinics across the UK (there's a role available in the South and one in the North) to onboard new customers.
  • Deliver engaging in-person and online training sessions.
  • Build trusted relationships with practice teams and become their go-to expert.
  • Support customers with more complex Level 2 and Level 3 queries.
  • Guide customers through best-practice workflows to help them get maximum value from the software.
  • Work closely with Product, Development and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure service standards are consistently achieved.
  • Share customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the software and support offering.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, with previous veterinary or animal health experience. You will also need previous experience of extensive travelling in previous positions.

A confident communicator with veterinary or bespoke software solutions experience.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
