Do you have a passion for excellent customer service, along with strong communication and organisational skills?

We’re looking for a Veterinary Administrators to join our friendly and supportive team. You’ll need confidence, empathy, and professionalism to uphold the high standards of care and personal service our clients value and expect.

This is a varied role, split between reception and administrative duties. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, handling financial transactions, dispensing medication, and supporting the day-to-day running of the practice.

Previous experience in a veterinary setting would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided, with ongoing support throughout your role. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, adaptable, and a genuine team player. Our environment is busy, fast-paced, and sometimes challenging - but always rewarding.

Hours:

Monday: 10 – 6

Tues: 8 – 4:30

Wednesday: 8 – 4:30

Thursday: Day Off

Friday: 8 – 6

Saturday: 8:30 – 4:30

Total: 38 hours

Location

Primarily Crediton, Okehampton when required
