  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience operating semi-automatic espresso machines.
  • Efficiency: Ability to deliver high-quality coffee consistently and accurately under high-pressure, high-volume "rush" periods.
  • Quality Control: A sharp eye for detail—from grind calibration to perfect milk texturing and latte art.
  • Professionalism: A reliable team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
